About Us

We're Jax Wax Lafayette, and we've been a premier car accessories store serving Lafayette, IN, since 2022. We specialize in product knowledge, auto paint correction classes, and our Street Madness Cruise-In during the summer months. We offer an incredible selection of auto detailing supplies including tire cleaners, leather cleaners, fabric cleaners, premium wax, polishers, detail brushes, clay bars, and more. We're proud to provide your vehicle with exceptional products and you with the type of attention and knowledge you need to get the most out of our products. Our Story

Co-owners Heidi and Ed Thomas own a 1964 Falcon that they couldn’t get the pollen off of one year, until a sales representative at a car show suggested clay bar and body shine. They gave the products a shot and they worked like a charm! Heidi and Ed had never used any other car products that could compare, so they knew they were onto something great.

Heidi and Ed discovered Jax Wax products and then founded Jax Wax Lafayette in 2022 to provide their community with the best car accessories and products around. As the only car accessories store in Indiana, we are proud to provide you with exceptional products for your vehicle and with the necessary knowledge needed to understand how those products will help your car.

We work closely with local detail shops to make sure your vehicle is fully cleaned, both inside and out, and that our auto detailing supplies are up to date. The auto detailing products in our inventory include premium wax, polishers, clay bars, detail brushes, tire cleaners, fabric cleaners, leather cleaners, and more.

Our friendly employees posses a large amount of knowledge about our products that they’re more than willing to pass onto our customers. We will soon be offering auto paint correction classes so that car owners can learn how to remove minor scratches while keeping their vehicle’s paint intact. During the summer months, Jax Wax Lafayette hosts a cruise-in, where local car enthusiasts can mingle and show off their classic cars.
